ReplyRight's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access your Google Business Profile data solely to fetch incoming reviews for your authorized venues and to publish response drafts approved by you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google profile data to any third-party entities.

3. Data We Collect

Account Information: Name, venue name, and corporate email address provided during user onboarding.
Review Content: Public review strings and response states processed via connected third-party platforms.

4. Data Retention & Compliance

As a European-focused application, we align our data management rules with GDPR protocols. Review data is cached securely in cloud storage environments to enable analytics tracking and is removed immediately upon account closure.
