By accessing or using ReplyRight (replyright.live), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a hospitality venue, pub, restaurant, or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Our service interacts directly with third-party platform APIs, including the Google Business Profile API. To use ReplyRight to manage your locations, you must explicitly grant permission via Google OAuth.
You maintain ultimate responsibility for any content, automated review drafts, or published responses deployed through your account. ReplyRight does not engage in fake review practices, artificial rating manipulation, or any activities that violate Google\'s platform guidelines.
Users agree not to use the automated features of ReplyRight to generate or publish content that is harassing, fraudulent, defamatory, or in direct violation of local European consumer transparency laws. We reserve the right to suspend platform access for any accounts violating these standards.
ReplyRight provides automated response drafting tools based on operational venue parameters. The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for direct or indirect losses, customer turnover, or brand impacts arising from content published through third-party platforms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
